Frequently Asked Questions
Yuba is the AI Operating System for venture building in Africa. At its core, it’s an end-to-end system of multiple AI agents capable of simulating the reasoning process of experienced venture builders, and interpreting proven entrepreneurship frameworks to guide early-stage founders from raw ideas to validated ventures. Alongside, Yuba gives ESOs, Educational Institutions, and Capital Deployers one platform to support, shape, and back them.
Yuba is not an AI model. It is a system built on top of them, turning their raw power into structured, digestible, and actionable insights.
No. Yuba is engineered to help you narrow your idea down to the core issue, with or without prompting skills.
Yuba embeds venture building into your curriculum: students validate real ventures through the four-module journey, faculty track progress in real time with standardized metrics, and standout student ventures connect to funding opportunities, all inside one system.
Yuba is built around four sequential modules: Problem Discovery, Value Proposition Design, MVP & Business Model Development, and Market Validation. Each module unlocks as you complete the one before it, so every step stands on evidence. The journey is self-directed, with 24/7 coaching from an AI Venture Builder, and on-demand guidance from vetted human Venture Builders whenever you need it.
Don't worry. The Problem Formulator feature turns a simple description of your idea into a well-framed problem statement you can build on.
If you are an early-stage African Founder within the Pre-idea and Market Validation spectrum, Yuba is built for you. If you have validated your market, but still wish to run additional validation, Yuba is for you. If you're a professional who's exploring entrepreneurship but is not yet ready to test the waters with both legs, Yuba is for you. If you are outside of the continent and exploring building something in Africa, this is the right platform for you. And if you are an ESO, a university, or any other form of institution running entrepreneurship programs, we built Yuba for you.
